Homestitch is looking for an experienced senior professional to build, lead, and structure the company’s strategy. The role represents a hands-on opportunity to quickly scale the business by implementing an approach founded on creative and analytical principles. As part of the Senior Leadership team, the Director of eCommerce will be responsible for communicating across teams, managing relationships with external brand partners, and reporting to business stakeholders. This person will oversee all day-to-day operations of the business, including marketing, product, development, supply chain management, and customer service. This role requires a person with a proven track record in leading and evolving eCommerce businesses through innovation in technology, content creation, and marketing initiatives. The Director of eCommerce will need to display a high level of financial acumen with the ability to implement effective operations and manage their own P&L.
